Pierre-Olivier Coutant joins the O'Neill Europe surf team!

New year, new member:The coolest deaf surfing teacher on the Basque coast, international adapted surfing champion in Hawaii and Huntington Beach and double French adapted surfing champion, Pierre-Olivier Coutant (aka "Pierro") is officially joining the O'Neill Europe surf team!
